who we are
ACC Young Adults is a group made up primarily of folks in their 20s and 30s. Our monthly activities are aimed at building relationships and fostering spiritual growth by delving into issues most relevant to this age group. These include issues of faith, social justice, and parenting. In addition to spiritual growth and connections, we also enjoy good food, good company, and good laughs! Feel free to join us!
Information on upcoming events can be found on our Facebook page.
If you have any questions about our program, contact our Associate Minister, Rev. Josh Jackson, at jjackson@allisonville.org.
Young Adult Discussion Group
We are resuming our weekly discussion group on Tuesday, September 10th at 6:30pm. We will meet at the Retreat House behind the church. This time we will be discussing "Signs and Wonders" by Amy-Jill Levine. This is a wonderful study focused on the different miracles and "signs" Jesus did. AJ Levine was one of my favorite professors at Vanderbilt and her books are fantastic. We'll have snacks each week and it will be a great discussion. I hope to see you there!
